HAT TRICK: HAPPY BIRTHDAY DD

This might be the longest post ever, so get ready! We had an exciting weekend. Friday we went to dinner with our friends Amy and Stephen. The babies did great, we did have to tip extra for the mess they made!

Saturday was my mom's big birthday! We both had milestone birthdays this year. So for her birthday...we asked her to babysit. She of course jumped at the opportunity to spend time with the kids while we went to the Baylor - TCU game.

Nanny Kelly and her husband gave us their parking pass and tickets. We couldn't have had a better spot, we were SO close. Unfortunately, since the Bears gave up 3 touchdowns in the first quarter, we left the stadium at halftime.

My friend Karee and her son Riggs came over to play on Friday. Karee needed some girl time with Addie.

Jack had his latest Doc Band appointment and they said it looks great, we can already tell a big difference!

This girl is a climber...she will climb over you, toys, her brother, and here she is trying to climb the gate.

We found Jack like this on Sunday morning. He was fast asleep, I had to wake him up for church!

Carter wanted some snuggle time with Dad before the Baylor game.

We surprised my mom (DD) at her and my dad's church Sunday morning, so she got to show off her grandchildren (and her children right??).

This is all Paul, while outside church he and Carter were goofing around.

Of course there was lots of play time and fun this weekend. We are trying to teach them not to bite, pull hair, or hit each other. It can be hard when you say "(child's name) NO SIR/MAM, do not (insert offence)", and they give you a big goofy grin.

We went on a walk yesterday and to the playground to swing. The babies LOVE to go outside and on walks (still over 95 degrees every day so we have to keep them short or do them much later in the day).
