Last Saturday we went to Bevie and Papaw's country club and enjoyed their Easter celebration.
There was a petting zoo, Carter was not a fan.
Addie especially liked the saw dust.
Jack would stand about 10 feet away from the Easter Bunny then slowly walk up until he was about 3 feet away, then walk away again. This went on for about 10 minutes.
Addie got up the nerve to give the Easter Bunny a high-five.
Jack and I did a little dancing together. The club had a DJ, face painting, food, and family portraits (which didn't turn out all that great for us).
Carter was tired from a rough night and not really interested in much of the festivities.
The egg hunt we were in was for ages 3 and under. It lasted maybe 30 seconds. Poor Addie didn't get a single egg (don't worry, she didn't care). A sweet little girl walked up and offered two of her eggs when she overheard us say that Addie didn't get any.
Carter rallied for the egg hunt and snagged 5 eggs! Jack got two before he got distracted with what was inside of them.
