Sic Em!

Last Friday we went down to go see Paul's grandmother just outside of Waco. We had planned on driving down together and making it in time for dinner then spending the night. About 3 o'clock those plans were thwarted. I got a phone call from the school that Jack spiked another temperature. I quickly got him a doctors appointment and let Paul and Carter head down ahead of us.

After a quick doctors appointment, my suspicions were confirmed, Jack had another ear infection. He literally had finished his antibiotics from his previous infection two days prior. So the doctor gave him an extra strong dose of antibiotics and hopefully that will kick it out of his system.

So Addie, Jack and I headed down to Waco and we arrived about 8 o'clock at night. The kids got in some quality time with Mamaw before going to bed.

On Saturday we got up and ate yummy breakfast and played the whole morning at Memaw's house. The kids went down for a nap and when they woke up we headed to Waco for the Baylor Basketball game. Jack of course woke up first, then was very disappointed that Addie and Carter didn't wake up more quickly!

All the kids had fun, but Carter was especially enthralled. He watch the game instantly while Addie and Jack goofed off.
