Good Friday

We had a wonderful time going our church's children's Maundy Thursday service. We were unable to go to Good Friday because we had friends over, but I think the kids got the point. As we were talking, I asked them why we call it Good Friday. Carter said "it's not really good because that's the day killed Jesus, but it's good because he died for our sins"...NAILED IT. 

Friday, we had the day off so we hit up the local park. We had an awesome time on a BEAUTIFUL day!!

The statue on the park bench was quite the hit. 

We had a fun party Friday night, more on that later.
