Get ready folks...lots of pictures here. We were actually out of town Wednesday through Monday last week (I pre-wrote blog posts to appear while we were gone). Wednesday night we had swimming lessons, so we hurried home after they finished, ate dinner and loaded up the car. The kids watch movies all the way to the JW Marriott in San Antonio.
Frozen, Mickey and Winnie the Pooh were the entertainment. Paul and I enjoyed a book on tape.
We arrived late and hastily unloaded before going to bed. We all stayed in one room...that's right, it was either squeeze into one room or cut the trip in half and get two.
Thursday morning we headed down to the amazing pool and quickly discovered our hang out spot for the trip. The kid pool was PERFECT, with slides, fountains, lounge chairs for us and a wait staff to take care of you! We spent all day Thursday, Friday afternoon, all day Saturday and all day Sunday at the pool.

Friday morning we headed on down to Sea World to enjoy time there. We saw the Sea Lion show, the Beluga Whale & Dolphin show, the Killer Whale show, Penguins and Sharks! The kids were pretty much spent by the time we finished all that so a little after 1pm we went back to the hotel to hang by the pool some more.
We dined outdoors a lot. The kids really did great, they were well behaved and slept as long as we did, so the sleeping arrangements were not an issue.
Our room was tight, but we kept it neat and we really were not in there all that much. Only problem with the hotel was that they didn't have Disney Channel, so thankfully we were able to watch some stuff on the ipad.
The final night (Sunday), we actually changed out of our swim suits and went to a nice dinner as a family.
One of the best features of the resort was the evening s'mores that all guests could partake in!
They were, however...messy.
