Sorry for my lack of posting lately. It has been a LITTLE busy around here. The triplets are all doing great. Right now there is a lot of eating, sleeping, and of course pooping. Our Christmas has been awesome. Yesterday we had grand plans of going to church while my parents and brother watched the babies. Mother nature had other ideas. North Texas got hit with quite the storm. It started out as the classic "wintry mix." Around lunchtime it was all snow and continued until Christmas Eve night. So we were blessed with snow on top of ice.
My parents tried to leave but encountered three wrecks by the time they got to the front of their neighborhood. So even in 4 wheel drive, my Minnesota native dad decided not to continue on the road. Today however, conditions improved significantly. Paul's parents had no trouble coming over from Dallas (conditions worsened toward the west and improved further east). My parents were able to make it by lunchtime. We have enjoyed family and lots of eating today. We keep telling the triplets not to expect a white Christmas in Texas every year, this could set unrealistic expectations. I will have to post more pictures later as I am able to upload them.
