Baptism

Wow what a weekend we had! We had lots of sweet visitors starting with my cousin Jan from Minnesota. She came in last week for a conference and stayed the weekend to hang out with us and love on the triplets. She took a TON of pictures so I will be posting those very soon. My Aunt Sharon, Uncle Don, and Grandma came into town as well on Saturday. So Saturday night we had a family dinner out at my parents and celebrated Paul's birthday one more time...

Sunday went amazingly well. The triplets handled the time change like champs (better than Paul and I did). They were up and ready to go when we needed them to be and looked SO cute in their little white outfits. There was no crying during the baptism and and no crying during the rest of the service. Which is good because we were front and center at church. Our group took up four whole pews in the church. We had over 30 people there to celebrate this special occasion.

After church we all went back to our house for a reception. Our little house was filled to the max with lots of wonderful family and a few of our close friends.

Our little nuggets were so well behaved and adapted well to all the new people and places they saw. Sunday night we had a collective meltdown, but that is to be expected! Thank you to all the friends and family who helped us celebrate, you are all so special to us. A BIG thank you to my cousin Jan and Allie for helping get everything set up for the party. To all the people at First United Methodist Church, we thank you for all your prayers, love, and support. We are so blessed with such a wonderful church home.
