I thought I would revisit the featured child posts. A lot of things have changed with the triplets and they are not the little preemies they once were.
Today is Adelaide's turn. Addie is still the smallest of the triplets. She is getting some cute baby fat on her which is great to see since she was such a TINY little thing at birth. She is still very petite though. Her little hands and feet are so much smaller than her brother's. She has blonde almost white hair with a slight hint of red. She has a very even amount of hair that is basically all the same length. Her cheeks get rosy very easily and she has very pretty coloring. Her hemangioma seems to be shrinking so we are very thankful for that!

Addie would LOVE to talk, she watches you talk then tries to imitate you with her lips. She really enjoys "talking" to her dad. When Paul walks in the room after work, she can barely contain herself. She smiles and watches him and becomes upset if he does not pay her attention.
Adelaide is starting to get stronger and stronger, she is skilled at rolling over both ways from her back or her front. She uses this skill to travel across the blanket and often rolls right on top of one of the boys (they love that).
Addie loves to play in the jumparoo and exercaucer but more than anything she loves to be held. She likes it when we sing to her, "Rise and Shine" is among her favorites because she thinks it is funny to do the hand motions. She is ticklish and thinks getting her clothes changed is hilarious. She eats her solid foods pretty well, sometimes she sticks her tongue out and blocks the spoon, but she gets better each time we eat.
Addie is a pretty happy girl. As far as personalities go, she is pretty middle of the road. She has her sad girl moments and isn't as willing to smile at strangers as the boys. But when she smiles it lights up her whole face.
