The triplets keep getting closer and closer to crawling. Addie and Jackson will both get on all fours and start to rock. Jack has started to get into push up position as well. Carter has the front part down and a lot of the "kicking." It is a race to see who will figure out all the pieces first!
Our trio is moving right along with the solid foods. They eat solid baby food 3 times a day. A week and a half ago we introduced pureed meats after serving all the available types of vegetables. Most recently we started to feed them beef and gravy. I wish the blog had smell-o-vision because that is the only way to get the full picture. Lets just say that my dad thought someone had an accident when he walked in the room! Jack and Addie make the best faces when you give them the meats, there is even some fake gagging...very dramatic. But we make them all eat their share and they are starting to get used to eating a full meal 3 times a day.
The triplets are still sleeping pretty good, they nap about 3 times a day and we put them down at the same time. They may wake up separately but the seem to fall asleep better when they know the others are in the room. They take an evening nap then we wake them up (if they have not woken up on their own already) at 9pm for one last bottle. So they go to bed at around 9:30 and generally sleep until 7:45 or 8:00am. We are starting to realize that 99% of the time, when they are fussy it is because they are tired!
Addie scoots around in her bed
Jack in downward facing dog (yoga term)
Jack in plank position (another yoga term)
Addie, Carter, & Jack chillin
Who is gonna win, Carter or Addie...
And the winner is Carter!!
Jack says "is someone behind me??"
