Little Miss

Now it is Adelaide's turn.

Name:  Adelaide Mae.  Adelaide was my paternal grandmother's middle name and Mae is my mom's middle name (and her mom's first name is May). 
Nick Names:  Little Miss, Miss Priss, Bit (for little bit), Miss Bit, Sis, and Addie Mae
Fun Tricks:  Addie is quite the climber.  Despite being 3 inches shorter than her brothers she has mastered climbing the ladder at our playground and positions herself on her belly to slide down backwards.  Addie also loves to ride her rocking horse but will then take it a step further by standing on the horses back!
Words:  Dada (her go-to word), Mama, Bow (said while pointing to hair, generally a request to have one), Dog, Paul (she heard me say it), Nana (for Nanny Kelly), she also will make funny little noises like "beeda beeda beeda."
Favorite Things:  Her baby, her monkey, baths, sliding, swinging, Mr. Steve, and dancing
Disposition:  Addie has a specific idea of what she wants and she gets really focused on it.  She is pretty independent and will often play separate from the boys , they do follow her lead a lot of times so she is the ring leader.  She does not like strangers very much so she can appear to be a little unfriendly.  She does like other little girls and lights up when there are others around her.  She is strong willed and often does not shed a tear in time out (makes me wonder if it works on her).
In Time Out Most Often For:  Being a diva.  Kind of a broad term for throwing a fit or acting mean to her brothers.  But, as I said, time out does not seem to get her as riled up as the boys.
Physical Features:  Very blond/white hair that is straight as a board.  Very light skin but she is getting a little darker as we are outside playing more (I use sunscreen, but it is inevitable that she will get sun in Texas).  She is TINY.  She is significantly smaller than her peers and even kids with birthdays in December (when they were supposed to be born).  She has tiny hands and feet too.  Her hemangioma is fading fast and we hardly notice it anymore.  Addie also has an outie belly button!  She has some of my features and some of Paul's.  I think she has my face shape, eye color, eye lashes, nose, hair, and unfortunately...teeth.  I think she has Paul's lips and eye shape.  Not sure who she will be built like as we are both above average in height.
Overall:  She is really good natured and wakes up SO happy and hardly ever complains when going down for a nap or at night.  She is a pretty good eater and loves ice cream.  She loves to snuggle with her daddy and mama.
