Sic Em Bears!

Last weekend was homecoming at our alma mater Baylor University. So Paul and I loaded up the kids Friday after work and headed down south to Waco. Friday we just had enough time to eat some dinner and hit up the on-campus bookstore for some new apparel.

Saturday morning we got up bright and early and headed to campus to meet cousin Wes and watch the Baylor homecoming parade. We called it quits a little early as the parade is rather long. Then we headed around campus to show the kids where mom and dad used to go to school.

After lunch at our favorite spot George's, we headed out to Riesel to Paul's aunts house so the kids could hang out there during the game. They had so much fun and even got to see Mamaw. They also have horses and cows at Aunt Jo's house so the kids loved that.

This was actually the first time that the kids slept in a big bed away from home, they all slept together in the same bed... It went pretty well except for the time change but that is a whole other story.
