It's Music Time

Our kiddos are very into music.  Each week at school they have music class with Dr. Furr (Jack's hero).  Every night, Jack "teaches" us all music.  First, he goes and changes into his dress shoes (aka tuxedo shoes) like Dr. Furr.  Then he gets a bag and fills it up with musical instruments, music books and any props he feels are necessary.  After finding a stool or chair he lays out the book to "read" and proceeds with his lesson.  First, a photo...

Last Saturday we had a lazy morning so I took a few videos of the kids singing and pretending:

Here is Jack.  Addie is doing her best to sabotage his time in the spotlight.  Those scarfs are part of the Musikgarten program they have at school. 

 

 

 



Here is Addie.  She is singing her ABCs then some pop culture.  If you are curious what she is singing in the second video it is:  1. "Madness" by Muse 2."Take A Walk" by Passion Pit. 

 

 

Then there is Carter.  He sweetly sang this song for me twice so I could get it on video.
